The TNT Championship tournament continues as we enter the semi-final round to crown the first ever champion. One week removed from a lose and retire match, Dustin Rhodes takes on the very impressive and totally frightening Lance Archer.
If I'm Rhodes, I'm wishing I'd lost to Kip Sabian last week and was back home fishing or some shit right now.
The other semi-final match sees Dustin's little brother, Cody take on Darby Allin - in the third match of AEW's fledgling existence. Allin has yet to capture a victory over Cody.
Intriguing matches creating intriguing scenarios. If Cody and Dustin win, it'll be a rematch from Double Or Nothing 2019 which saw Dustin lose about 300 gallons of blood. The consensus belief however is Cody meets Archer in the finals - but what if, Allin can finally find his way past Cody to reach the finals.
Plus, Best Friends will take on Kip Sabian - and I'm sure we'll see Broken Matt Hardy ...
