Cobra Kai cancelled? Fuck that: Cobra Kai NEVER DIES.

It's June 8th, do you know where the best fucking television show on tv/internet is? I'm going through withdrawals man.

I need S3E1, some edibles and a bucket of grape Gatorade and I need it right now. When we left off, Miguel was paralyzed, Sam was hospitalized and Ali with an I possibly mobilized and headed to Reseda.

And then ... everything stopped. Food lost it's taste, Gatorade lost it's flavor and my edibles took longer to FINISH HIM.

One day, while minding my own business I saw a post on twitter that said "Cobra Kai," cancelled. I screamed at the top of my lungs FUCK YOU, COBRA KAI NEVER DIES.

Confusion started to set in as I kept seeing posts of the same ilk. I couldn't understand it. I was beginning to get scared.

You see, in previous years, CK debuted May 2nd, 2018 and April 24th, 2019 respectively.

On May 2nd, 2019 the series was renewed for a third season and some say for a fourth season as well.

Somewhere after May 2nd, 2019 and sometime earlier this year Youtube had a change in plans for it's premium service.

And now we are here. In Hell. Waiting for season three. Well, at least I am.

Here is the rundown as of today:

Youtube and Sony Pictures are currently working to find a new home for the show as YouTube is killing off it's premium sector.

Netflix and Hulu are the rumored leading candidates, with Hulu kind of tipping their cap with a "watch for something to be announced soon," ...

Out of the gates, "Cobra Kai" was a winner. The freshman season of series was a massive breakout hit, topping 55 million YouTube views for Episode 1 and ranking as the sixth-most Google-searched TV show in 2018.

Late last night, another "front runner" emerged from the headlines: Crackle. Now, I don't know about you, but I would hate for the series to jump to Crackle. I find their app to be horrendous - yes, worse than Hulu's.

My vote would go to Netflix. I've always preferred their app to the others, and it just feels like a natural fit to me for some reason. Plus, I want the Karate Kid movies on Netflix as well.

One final rumor: YouTube will still get rights to debut the series. Doesn't make sense to me, but ... I don't care who owns the damn show.

I need Cobra Kai. With all of the things going on in the world right now, I need something to take my mind off of it. It's been a rough three months; and I get that many have it far worse than I do and I feel guilty for needing the diversion.

But my mind, my mental health need Sensei Lawrence and his Cobra Kai as silly as that may seen to the outside world.
