For The Culture is one of the shows that I have been most excited for since the Collective was first announced.  AJ Gray’s creation is bound to be one of the best shows of the weekend and is a can’t miss.

Scorpio v. AR Fox

This is a battle of legends.  Scorpio has wrestled pretty much everywhere that you can; WCW, ECW, WWF, New Japan and NOAH and has held championship in ECW, WCW and NOAH.  He has been wresting for 35 years but can still go with the best of them.  AR Fox may not be as familiar to casual fans as Scorpio, but has been wrestling for 13 years and has influenced many of the wrestlers that you will see not only on this show but throughout the Collective weekend.  He won his first title in CZW by defeating Drew Gulak in 2011 and since has won titles in EVOLVE, DGUSA, AAW and Lucha Underground since.  This is gong to be a battle of veterans that will be very exciting,

O’shay Edwards v. Calvin Tankman

This match has gone through a couple changes, but AJ had an ace up his sleeve in the Big Bad Kaiju, O’Shay Edwards.  O’shay is taking on Calvin Tankman in a battle of the big men that I am really looking forward to.  These are 2 of the best big men in the business and have the charisma that is as big as their size.  Calvin Tankman started turning heads in Bizzaro Lucha where he became their champion and carved out his name as a hard hitting, athletic fan favorite and led to big matches in BLP and GCW.  O’shay Edwards may be the breakout star of this weekend.  He is best known as being the champion at Prime Time Pro Wrestling and has the charisma and look, along with the talent that are going to have a lot more people talking about him after this weekend.

JTG v. Trey Miguel

Cryme Tyme vs the Rascals.  This is another dream match.  Both have been known as very successful tag team wrestlers and now get to show off their skills in this singles match.  JTG has recently returned to wrestling by having matches against Brian Cage and Tony Deppen in VXS as Trey has recently become the Warrior Wrestling champion and has competed for the IMPACT X division championship.  Trey has been on a roll lately, but he will need to compete with the power of JTG.

AJ Gray v. Dezmond Xavier

The creator of this show and THA TRUTH AJ Gray against one of the Rascals.  AJ is currently one of the top all around wrestlers in the country and has also proven to be one of the most versatile, with recently competing against some of the best death match wrestlers in the country.  He has held championships in 3 of the biggest independent wresting companies in the country, GCW, BLP and Glory Pro.  He will need to keep up with the speed of Dezmond Xavier.  Xavier is best known as one of the Rascals and is currently wrestling for IMPACT.  While he is mainly known as a tag team wrestler, he has also been consistently near the top of the X division and is looking to prove  himself as a singles wrestler against one of the best.

ACH v. Lee Moriarty

I would have to say that this along with Scorpio/Fox is the match that most people are talking about.  The veteran vs the hottest young wrestler in North America.  ACH has wrestled pretty much everywhere and has done the things that Lee surely is striving to accomplish, and most people think that he is well on his way.  This match is going to be very entertaining and hard to predict, as both wrestlers are well versed in striking, ground wrestling and high flying.   I am sure that Lee’s confidence is high after his recent matches with Alex Shelly have catapulted him to being called by many the best wrestler in North America.  This will be a match of youth vs experience that is hard to predict but will surely be entertaining.

Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship: Trish Adora v. Suge D

This is a big match and may end up being the main event.  Trish Adora is one of the most respected independent wrestlers in America right now.  While she has only been wrestling for three years she has risen to the top becoming the Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Champion by defeating Mr. Grim and Darius Lockhart.  Her lariat, Lariat Tubman, has quickly become one of the most feared finishing moves in wresting.  Suge D may have been best known recently as Pineapple Pete at AEW but this veteran is no joke.   After spending quite a bit of time in Europe recently Suge D has come back and is looking to add this title to  his resume.  Suge has been wresting for 17 years and looks to use his knowledge to counteract the power of Trish Adora.

Faye Jackson v. Devon Monroe v. Marti Belle v. Willow Nightingale

This match will be fun and have a little bit of everything.  All of these participants are known for their style, flash and personality, but can also get it done in the ring.  The most experienced of the match is Marti Belle, who may be best known for her time in TNA as part of the Dollhouse and is currently wresting in the NWA.  She may not have the size of some of the other competitors in this match but can match up for that with knowledge.  On the other hand, Devon Monroe may be the most inexperienced person in this match at only 2 years wrestling but he may also be the most athletic.  He opened people’s eyes in his appearances in Rise and most recently scored a victory against Faye Jackson at Black Wrestlers Matter.  Faye is possibly one of the biggest names in independent wrestling and once you see her in the ring you will know why.  She is one of the most charismatic wrestlers today and has appeared in ROH along with most of the top independent promotions.  Don’t let her dancing fool you as she can hit hard and may be a favorite to win this match.  A former tag team partner of Faye is the 4th entrant in this match the babe with the power, ½ of one of the best tag teams in the world, the one with big hair and an even bigger smile, Willow Nightingale.  Willow has had matches recently in Beyond against Pinky Sanchez and Max Caster and can match power and charisma with anyone in this match.

Top Flight v. 40 Acres v. Culture SZN

The match should be very fasted paced and exciting.  Top Flight of Airwolf and Angel Dorado is fast rising  young tag team of brothers who are best known for their speed and high flying ability, but have also shown their toughness in their recent match against Violence is Forever at BLP.  They may be the youngest team in the match but they have some moves that will have you jumping out of your seat.  The members of 40 acres have been making waves in singles action lately but are getting back together for this match.  PB Smooth and Tre Lamar compliment each other with PB’s power and Tre’s speed.  Tre has been getting a lot of high profile matches and has been amazing everyone with his high flying recently and PB is the biggest person in this match and he could also dominate it at any point.  Culture SZN is one of my favorite tag teams to watch as they have that style and athleticism that you can’t take your eye off of.  Christian Casanova is someone that has been on a lot of people’s radars from his matches in Beyond and now has everyone’s attention after his match at BLP against ACH.  Tasha Steelz is a mainstay at IMPACT wresting and is one of the hardest hitting women there.  These 2 work great as a team as evidenced by their match against Injustice at Beyond in August.  This is a match that anyone can win and will surely have some moments that will amaze.
