Freelance Wrestling gets the coveted 11:59PM show on day two of the Collective - and it's still must see action, honestly.

You have the Freelance Underground women's champ, Laynie Luck taking on the ever popular Faye Jackson. Jackson is a big personality with a ton of talent - Laynie is going to have to be on her game for this one.

Effy will defend the Freelance Legacy title against Robert Anthony, who will have Frank The Clown at ringside. If you missed AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday, you missed Frank getting ROCKED by Chris Jericho's Judas Effect. I'm thinking Jericho doesn't care for clowns, because that was one of the most vicious JE's i've seen.

I'll never stop saying this - I was so wrong about EFFY, when I first saw him. I thought he was a comedy wrestler to fill time - then I dove into his matches and my god man, this dude is as hardcore and tough as they come. Not really a fan of Robert Anthony, and I think that's the way he wants it.

Freelance's scramble match looks pretty good on paper, and how could it not with Blake Christian and Alex Zayne both involved? Then add Elayna Black and you've got me man. Not too familiar with Craig Mitchell or Storm Grayson, so I'm intrigued to find out what they have in store.

Ethan Page will battle Shane Mercer and Colby Corino. It'll be interesting to see what kind of shape Corino is in after his match with Atticus Cogar. Page is in the best shape of his life and looks to be breaking out as a singles star. Mercer is the wild card in this match - he's coming off a victory over Calvin Tankman at Unsanctioned Pro's "Indiana Vacation". Looking at this on paper, one would think Corino has a long night ahead of himself with this one.

For the Tag Straps, WarHausen defends against the Brothers of Funstruction. I don't really have much to say about this match other than this is going to be a fun match as Danhausen always entertains and Warhorse always rules ass.

Now, the two matches I'm really intrigued by. Isaias Velazquez takes on Lee Moriarty. Velazquez is Freelance wrestling - any time I think about Freelance, or read the words Freelance, I think of Velazquez. He could work anywhere, I feel and be a top guy in the locker room. And then you have Moriarty. Honestly, it's a damn shame this match is happening so late at night. I hope people are still sober enough to watch this match and enjoy it because it's going to be a MOTY candidate, that's my prediction.

And then you have Kylie Rae. Top five in the business, if I was ranking wrestlers. You'll never see a happier person in the ring. But do not let that smile fool you - she's all business if she wants to hold on to her Freelance World Championship. And she's going to need to be all business Saturday night as she takes on Josh Alexander. Alexander is cut from a different cloth. A dying breed of tradition. One of the most focused wrestlers you'll see. The type of guy who probably hates intergender wrestling deep down in his old school soul, but takes a booking and hands out the whooping.
