Hot damn! Krüde reflecting on what it takes to be
Krüde. Is it the power of pussy that possesses me? Or does the lure of
fast, easy $$$ fulfill my ever expanding ego? Is Dr.Seuss esque
alliteration cause for writing a blog? Questions. Questions. Questions. And
only one meaningful answer: I gotsta be high to get by. Word
Before youse come to any premature conclusions about Krüde, get
to know me personally. I ain’t no junky. Or coke head. Or even an incorrigible
wet head. I am me. My definition of being high differs from most people. Being
high to me is to have an unfettered mind. A clear outlook. No mental
roadblocks. So if having a few shots of bourbon helps, so be it. If winning a
long shot bet at the track does it, so be it. Adrenaline is the most
powerful form of human mojo known to exist. I am on a constant journey to
conjure up the Big A. The world be damned for it. Ha!
Age brings wisdom. And the smarts to not be reckless
with my actions. 51 years on Earth means more in the rearview mirror than what
comes ahead. Everyday alive is a blessing. Getting kicks and having fun takes
on a different perspective at an advanced age. Being older doesn’t mean being
boring. Just means that a soul inventory must taken more often. Happiness isn’t
guaranteed. That’s life.
Lit to get straight. Yeah, that’s me. Never known
