What's the verdict on the classic Garage Beer? It's a solid easy dinking beer. As the can says, it's beer for people that like to drink beer. At 4% ABV it's an all day drinker that will get you were you need to be, but takes it's time getting there. I went through 6 as we recorded the podcast with Tony, and that gave me the right amount of buzz to get the job done.
After trying out the classic, I had to pick up some of the lime beer for a comparison. Another overall solid beer, with just the right amount of lime to give it just a little extra flavor. It's the perfect companion to the classic, so I can see why they went with something like a simple lime flavor as an alternative.
