I finally remembered my password.
So, let's talk about pro-wrestling, mother fuckers. Wait. No. Let's be more specific.
Let's talk about Sol Ruca.
If you aren't familiar with Sol Ruca - she's an NXT talent in WWE who actually isn't fucking boring. In fact, for the first time in forever, WWE has found a talent that simply cannot fail.
And that's my concern.
See, WWE has done nothing to create new talent in the last 800 years. In fact, the kill talent - let them run off to AEW, where careers are resurrected - and then buy em back, only to kill them again.
I say some of this in jest.
But, with Ruca, my fucking god. You have the combination of ECW legend Lita and music sensation Shakira wrapped up into one amazing fucking talent.
If Triple H fumbles this talent - then I think it's time Triple H joins Vinny in retirement.
Like I said - Sol harnesses the abilities that a young Lita brought to the ring. A dare devil highflyer with probably the most innovative move in the past 20 years of professional wrestling, with the "Sol Catcher," - added with what seems like a really strong love for the actual sport of professional wrestling, Sol is a breath of fresh air in an industry that seems content with spinning its wheels.
Alas, I already have fears that Hunter and company will fumble this. They are changing her music with the generic in house music that's really really improved the shows. (That was sarcasm.)
If I were in charge of booking WWE, she'd be champ yesterday. So, my friends, if Triple H actually does the right thing, you will soon see the rise of Sol Ruca.
And you heard it here first.
Or maybe someone else said it first but give me credit. Fuck that other person.
