Beer Of The Week - Yuengling Hershey's Chocolate Porter

 It's finally here! After first hearing about the release of the Yuengling Hershey's Chocolate Porter last year, it's been on my list of beers to try. I didn't get a chance to try it on draft during my travels last year, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Yuengling was going to start expanding it's distributions in bottles this year. 

Hershey's chocolate and a Yuengling porter sounds like a great combination, right? While I have enjoyed quite a few different variety's of Yuengling over the years, their porter was one that I've never tried.

Don't forget that even though it has the Hershey's branding all over the bottle, you MUST be 21+ to enjoy this beer!

The Hershey's cholate taste isn't too overpowering that it overwhelms the porter in my opinion. It's the perfect blend of the two in an easy drinking beer. It reminds me of Oskar Blues Death By Coconut, just minus the coconut. Not an all day drinking beer, but perfect to throw back and enjoy for a nightcap.
