Season 2 of Limitless Wrestling’s The Roads opens with Danger Kid talking about how they currently have no champion, since Anthony Greene relinquished the belt at the end of season 1. We will be seeing their roster try to rise to the top and claim rights to that belt.
Becca vs Ashley Vox
The match starts out friendly as Becca offers Vox a scrunchie and a spot in The Scrunchie Squad. They are very even in the beginning going hold for hold at very quick pace. Vox gets the advantage with a springboard rana. Becca then hits a spin kick and a dive, followed by a springboard elbow, but gets caught going for the acrobatic slap. This causes Vox to get serious, as she takes off her scrunchie and goes on the offense. However Becca is able to get Vox in a very impressive Muta Lock. Vox comes back with a fish hook, head butt, a dive and then a swinging flat liner, which only gets her a 2 count. Becca then takes over by hitting a shockwave and acrobatic slap. However she misses from the top and Vox locks in the fish hook for the submission. This was a very competitive match and Becca definitely held her own against one of Limitless’ best in Ashley Vox.
Swilly O’Brien vs Channing Thomas
Both of these wrestlers are making their Limitless debut. They start out with Swilly frustrating the arrogant Thomas, but once Thomas is able to get the advantage he is relentless with his attack. They go back and forth and Thomas is able to pull out the victory after Swilly gets crotched in the corner and he is able to lock in a STF.
Alexander Lee vs BA Tatum
Before the match they both give promos about their history. They are both hard hitting veterans of Limitless Wrestling. Lee jumps Tatum before the bell, but to little effect. Tatum hits a choke slam from the top, but the match quickly escalates to a fight on the outside. The fight continues to go back and forth once they make it back into the ring. Tatum is able to hit the Midnight Snack, his version of the bronco buster, but Lee gets the win with the Event Horizon.
Christian Casanova vs Rip Bison
The main event is between 2 of Limitless Wrestling’s biggest stars. Rip was very impressive in last season of The Road and Casanova has been turning heads everywhere in the past year. This is a battle between the athleticism and speed of Casanova against the pure power of Bison. After it being even in the opening moments Casanova is able to take advantage with multiple kicks and The Remix legdrop. He tries to do a dive to the outside, but gets caught and slammed to the outside. They exchange strikes on the outside and Casanova hits a springboard closeline with Bison sitting on a chair. Bison then lays Casanova on 2 chairs and hits an elbow drop. Bison then takes the advantage, hits a spinebuster, then catches Casanova’s attempted scissor kick and answers with a power bomb and a doctor bomb, but only gets a 2 count. They then exchange strikes. Casanova gets the advantage with some kicks, he hits a super kick, the culture breaker and then Dirty Diana, but only get a 1 count. But Casanova then hits a scissor kick for the win. This was a great main event and showed that both of the men deserve to be in the championship picture.
