Forward Five with: “BIG BEEF” Gnarls Garvin
Not necessarily known for lots of talk but most definitely known for his hard-hitting strikes, giant suplexes and smashmouth style, “BIG BEEF” is making big moves. After appearances in Paradigm Pro, IWA-MS, Black Label Pro and Limitless, more folks are taking notice of this exciting brawler. Here's his take on the Forward five:
1) Please sum up your wrestling persona in one sentence.
BIG BEEF: “King of the Trailer Park.”
2) What would you like to immediately change in the world of pro wrestling?
BIG BEEF: “Return to the old school. More angles, less spots.”
3) What change(s) are you actively pursuing in the world of pro wrestling?
BIG BEEF: “Better shape and promoting.”
4) Who do you think deserves a shout-out/praise in the world of pro wrestling?
BIG BEEF: “The ones who aren't looking for it.”
5) The dreaded and super annoying question #5: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
BIG BEEF: “Japan or doing this without a 9-5.”
Forward Five with: “The Prize” Alec Price
Only 22 and with almost 4 years of experience, Alec is a big time player already in Limitless Wrestling. It's only a matter of time before we see him everywhere and that's definitely a good thing. As brash and bold as he is skilled, I can't wait to see what he has in store for 2021.
1) Please sum up your wrestling persona in one sentence.
ALEC PRICE: “I’m myself x10, a Ballsy loudmouth!”
2) What would you like to change immediately in the world of pro wrestling?
ALEC PRICE: “I would like to change the way people wrestle. I wish more people told stories in their matches. Like anytime I wrestling I’m trying to tell a story. Anything I do has to make sense to the story. People just sometimes get so worried about moves and spots that they forget about the moments. They forget about the story. But at the end of the day it’s favors of ice cream. Everyone has their own little way of doing things.”
3) What change(s) are you actively pursuing in the world of pro wrestling?
ALEC PRICE: “I'm trying to bring back story telling. I’m trying to bring back the moments. When I’m on a card, I try to have the best match I can in the spot I’m in. I’m not trying to outshine the main. I’m just trying to make them work a lil' bit harder.”
4) Who do you think deserves a shout-out/praise in the world of pro wrestling?
ALEC PRICE: “Christian Casanova, Danger Kid and Aiden Aggro (MSP). Channing Thomas is really good. Iron Rip Bison.”
5) The dreaded and super annoying question #5: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
ALEC PRICE: “I see myself on TV. I see myself living my dream. I’m going to put the Prize City, East Boston, Mass on the map.”
“Big Toko” is a big, agile man with a big heart and a lot of soul (seek out videos of him singing, what a voice!). Fale Dojo trained & fighting out of California, you’ve seen him on GCW, Paradigm Pro and will only see him more in 2021. Here’s how Juicy responded to the Forward Five:
1) Please sum up your wrestling persona in one sentence.
JUICY FINAU: “To be honest, my wrestling persona is just me turnt up 100X. Who you get inside the ring is who you get outside the ring, just less turnt. HaHaHa.”
2) What would you like to immediately change in the world of pro wrestling?
JUICY FINAU: “I’m not sure if there is anything I see that I would change. The world of pro wrestling has been so accepting as of late to all types of people & I hope they continue to show love to each other on all sides.”
3) What change(s) are you actively pursuing in the world of pro wrestling?
JUICY FINAU: “I’m actively trying to change the game not for pro wrestling but for my Polynesian community. Give them something else as a career path. A lot of them just know football and rugby but I would love to add wrestling to that list.”
4) Who do you think deserves a shout-out or some praise in the world of pro wrestling?
JUICY FINAU: “My boys! The CONGLOMERATES! Just a bunch of guys making our names, traveling and paying dues! Trying to make it off of this island known as “NorCal”, from D-Rogue to Midas Kreed! This group is a bunch of different people with different styles, backgrounds but all have the same love and passion of pro wrestling.”
5) The dreaded and super annoying question #5: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
JUICY FINAU: “I don’t really have a vision for the future, but I do know for sure I want to be able to take care of my family and give my Mom the beautiful life she deserves.”
