TJ Crawford vs Alec Price
Price has been on a roll and TJ looks to stop his momentum and
gain a big victory. TJ starts with some vicious
leg kicks to Price, and Price rolls out to the floor. TJ looks to dive on him but stops before he
dives. Price slides in the ring and hits
TJ with a beautiful clothesline. He then
hangs TJ up between the ropes and drops a leg on him. Price follows this up with a knee drop and he
is feeling confident and that is bad news for TJ, as that is when Price gets
vicious. Price looks to squash TJ in the
corner, but TJ moves out of the way and hits a low dropkick driving Price out
of the ring. TJ is not able to keep the
momentum going, as Price hits decapitation followed by a dropkick to the back
of TJ’s neck. Price only gets a 2 count
and gets frustrated, so he just starts laying in some forearms on a grounded TJ. Price grounds TJ with a headlock, but TJ gets
up and starts trading strikes with Price.
TJ gets Price in the corner and after a couple chops puts him on the top
rope and dropkicks him to the floor. He
then dives off the top rope to the outside onto Price, but it looks like TJ may
have hurt his leg on the dive. TJ lays in some shots and a brainbuster, but you
can tell that his leg is still bothering him.
He proceeds to kick a downed Price and picks him up, but Price counters
with a leg drop. Price looks to go for
the surprise kick, but TJ catches him with a suplex followed by a running knee. TJ stomps Alec in the corner, and puts him on
the turnbuckle, but Alec hits a Grand Prize from the top followed by a Surprise
Kick for the win.
Ava and Jessie Nolan are talking backstage and Jessie says
that she would like to answer Ava’s open challenge. Ava accepts, but in quite a condescending
manner.
Zachary Pierre Beaulieu vs Delmi Exo
ZPB offers Delmi some wine, but she turns it down,
apparently Delmi only drinks beer. ZPB
piefaces Exo to start the match, but that just makes her mad and she goes right
after him, hitting some kicks and crashing his head into the turnbuckle, but ZPB
counters with a neckbreaker. ZPB crushes
Delmi’s head into the ringspot, then crushes her hand into the metal holding
the turnbuckle, but Delmi answers with a suplex before being thrown overhead by
ZPB. ZPB only gets a 2 count, so he just
proceeds to choke Delmi. He puts Delmi on
the turnbuckle and slaps her, but she hits him with a headbutt, and goes for a
dropkick off the ropes, but misses. ZPB
takes control of the match back and grounds Delmi. He must feel that he has the match under
control, as he goes to the outside for a drink of wine. After getting a swig of wine, he comes back
in the ring and hits Delmi with a running knee, but Delmi counters with a
cutter. They proceed to exchange strikes,
Delmi hits some kicks, while ZPB hits her with some headbutts. ZPB misses
in the corner and Delmi gives him an exploder suplex. Delmi goes to the top rope and hits ZPB with
a flying drop kick. However, she misses
in the corner and ZPB hits a lariat for the win.
Ava Everett vs Jessie Nolan
Ava attacks Jessie from behind during the introductions and
then takes her to the outside, driving her head into a chair, then the apron, and
finally drives her into the ringpost. She
puts Jessie between the ropes in the corner and stretches her against the
ringpost before throwing her back in the ring.
She tells the ref to ring the bell, which he will not and that brings
Davienne out. As soon as Ava sees Davienne,
she runs out of the arena. Davienne
comes back in the ring and helps Jessie up.
It looks like Davienne still has her eyes on Ava and is not appreciating
her new attitude.
The Competition, Champ Mathews & Conner Murphy vs Maine
State Posse, Danger Kid & Aiden Aggro
The Competition trash talk MSP to start the match, but that
angers the veterans, and they drop both members of The Competition with double
team maneuvers. The bell rings as DK and
Champ are alone in the ring. DK brings
him to the mat and tags in Aggro. MSP holds
Champ’s legs and they both give him chops to the inside of his thighs. MSP make some quick tags and DK hits a senton
off Aggro onto Champ. DK goes for the
pin, but only gets a 2 count. He then
gives Champ a penalty kick and makes the tag to
Aggro and they hit the backpack senton on Champ, but only get a 2 count again. Aggro goes to the 2nd rope, but
Murphy distracts him, and Champ takes out his legs. Murphy kicks him in the head and Champ comes
of the top, driving his knees into Aggro.
Champ makes to tag to Conner, who grounds Aggro and goes after his
back. Champ comes back in and holds Aggro as Murphy
hits him with a kick to the face. Champ follows
it up with an enzigui but only gets 2 count. The
Competition try to keep Aggro on their side of the ring but Aggro hits a snapmare
driver and makes the tag to DK. DK comes
in with a flurry and hits an Ace Crusher on Champ. He goes for the pin, but Champ had made a tag
to Conner and is no longer the legal man.
Murphy comes from behind and picks up DK, hitting a German suplex with a
bridge, but only gets a 2 count. Murphy quickly
locks in the Celtic Clutch, but DK rolls over and gets to the ropes. Champ comes in and drops a knee to DK’s head,
then puts him in a surfboard submission.
The Competitions make quick tags and keep DK grounded. They both hit him with splashes in the corner. Champ takes DK down with a leg sweep and
again they double team DK in the corner, but this time DK is able to catch the
members of The Competition as they are coming after him in the corner and hits
a dropkick off the 2nd rope to Champ. He makes the tag to Aggro and Aggro hits
Murphy with the biracial facial, followed by a DDT for a near fall. Aggro gets Murphy up and MSP hits the Last
Vacation, but Champ breaks up the pin. The
Competition hit double team knees to the side of Aggro’s head, then hit the T
Gimmick, but DK dives in to make the save.
He throws Murphy to the outside and goes after Champ. Champ goes for a moonsault, but DK gets his
boot up. Dk hits a Lobster Roll on
Champ, but Murphy comes in and hits the Irish Love Grenade on DK. Aggro catches Murphy with a dropkick, and
everyone is down. All 4 combatants
exchange strikes in the middle of the ring, but The Competition gets the better
of it and Conner gets a near fall on Aggro after a swinging neckbreaker. The Competition goes for Corner Chaos, but
Aggro elevates Champ and DK kicks him to the floor. MSP connects with the Drip Drop on Murphy for
the win. MSP may have gotten the win,
but The Competition proved that they are on MSP’s level and deserve to be
talked about as one of the top tag teams in Limitless.
