By the time we got to Superman IV, the budget was cut so much from the previous movies that it's hard to believe that a man can fly. However this is perhaps the most comic book of all the Christopher Reeve entries: an over the top cheesy somewhat clone of Superman as the villain, Lex Luthor trying to once again take over the world but now with help from his nephew Jon Cryer, a gag that's right out of The Flintstones, amd and much more.
