MLW FUSION EPISODE 96

Hello everybody, its Dallas back with another review of MLW Fusion! I’m stoned and ready to go! I’ll be trying something different and just be writing down exactly what I wrote in my notebook haha
Nice recap of last week and preview of the rest of the night.
Tom Lawlor is out in a Von Erich shirt in Dallas which is freaking great. The crowd is so engaged in this by chanting at Lawlor to “Take off the shirt”. Lawlor then spits on the shirt, rubs it on his crotch, and throws it at a fan, the fan then throws it back to an ovation from the crowd. Lawlor then talks down texas and the Von Erich’s then introduces Dominic Garni. He then talks down Zeshi before their match and calls him a sacrifice.
Zenshi vs Dominic Garni
- Fantastic looking hip toss from Dom
- Zenshi does a springboard arm-drag but Dom keeps the arm locked in and continues working on it.
- Zenshi is athletic as fuck
- Dom bites Zenshi and locks in the arm bar but Zenshi gets to the ropes
- Dom reverses a shooting starpress into a Triangle lock which looked cool as hell!
- My friends says Zenshi has some streetfighter like combo’s lmao
- Zenshi finally taps out to the Judo throw/Arm bar combo.
- This was a really great fun match; I’d love to see more of Zenshi. Tom Lawlor is such a great heel, I can’t wait to see more of it!
- There’s a video package of Brian Pillman getting attacked walking into the building, Davey is right there to help out.
- A caffeinated MJF cuts a promo trying to explain how The Dynasty will produced shows but Hammerstone has to take over and explain it himself.
Richard Holliday vs Savio Vega
- Savio Vega is out with his Carribean championship
- MJF is on Commentary
- There was some good damn chain wrestling to start followed by a beatdown from Holliday.
- Savio gets the advantage, Holliday and Savio brawl throughout the outside.
- Big right hand from Savio to get the advantage again
- Richard Holliday hits the 2008 and gets the victory
- After the match Holliday takes the Carribean championship and walks away!
Davey gives Brian Pillman JR a prep talk, Davey and The Von Erichs say they got his back
- Killer Kross video package is shown for his debut, Love to see how he’s used before he reports to the WWE performance center.
- Video Package to hype the partnership between Dragon Gate and MLW, Im so excited to see some Dragon Gate competitors!
Jacob Fatu vs Brian Pillman Jr- (World Heavyweight Championship match)
- Big match feel to this match!
- Fatu Attacks PIllman before the bell to get the upperhand right away.
- Devastating Swinging Rock Bottom from Fatu that looks like to takes the wind out of Pillman
- Pillman starts his comeback with a springboard Moonsault and Springboard DDT!
- Injustice gets involved
- Fatu hits a crazy looking elbow springboard moonsault for 2
- Fatu hits back ot back moonsaults for the win
- Fast but very effective match in moving forward multiple stories.
I had fun watching this show, I can’t wait to be back next week for more!
