Like most of you, I search the internet daily for new wrestling content that I've never seen before. Something different - i'll stumble upon a shoot interview or an obscure promo from a long dead promotion.
Today's find is a training session hosted by AEW's Kenny Omega. It's an interesting look, not only into the world of training, but to also see Kenny Omega, teacher. He seems so genuine and caring in his instruction - and out of the box in his methods. Give it a watch.
