Too Much Junk
I must say, Krude is a major junk dealer. Not in a Fred
Sanford retail junkyard way. But in a generate trash by the 33 gallon trash
bag a day way. Damn. I recycle plastics, glass and cardboard all the time. What
gives?
Let's see:
Since the worldwide pandemic of 2020 started, most shopping
for at least 6 months was done online. So when I would buy some shampoo or ice
cream sprinkles, it would always come alone in a huge single box with non
recyclable packing materials. Add to the fact more and more frozen meals and
bottled beverages were consumed. Too much junk to say the least. Life in the Now.
Learn to loathe It
Does everybody who owns a house eventually have a yard sale
during their residency? In NJ, it is a given. More and more people thinking
they could get pennies on the dollar for their old shit. Selling all the crap
they bought years ago they thought they really needed. Helpful Krude tip: in
Alpine, NJ (very upscale town),they have a few days every year that their
residents can put out large trash (appliances, furniture) for free pick up. You
WILL score nearly new items every year. Just bring a van and a helper and show
up after midnight. Thank me later...
Online places like Ebay and Craigslist have become as common
to modern society as major retail stores. Cash for trash can be a lucrative
business. Just gotta know your shit. Literally.
So in the end, too much junk is never a good thing. Buy what
you genuinely need. And keep on keeping on.....
